WAS PRAVIN GORDAN A HERO?

The former Minister of Public Enterprises Pravin Gordan died on the 13th of September 2024. 

Pravin Gordan previously served as the South African Revenue Services commissioner , was later on appointed as the Minister of Finance by the former president Jacob Zuma in 2009, he served in that capacity until 2014. After the 2014 National and Provincial Elections President Jacob Zuma appointed Pravin Gordan as the minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs(Cogta), he was to return to the finance department in late 2015 after the former president dismissed the then finance minister Nhlanhla Nene and replaced him with Das van Rooyen which triggered a negative reaction from the markets. President Zuma was forced to recall Das van Rooyen and replace him with Pravin Gordan owing to the negative reaction by the markets.

In March 2017 President Jacob Zuma dismissed Pravin Gordan and replaced him with Melusi Gigaba. 

This action culminated into the mass protests sponsored by the White Monopoly Capital through its puppets in the academia and the mainstream media. It was for the first time we saw white people taking to the streets protesting calling for the resignation of  President Jacob Zuma. Workers were even allowed by the white owned companies to miss work and go join the "Zuma Must Go" protests. The dismissal of Pravin Gordan proved to be the last straw because Pravin Gordan has always been seen and believed to the a representative of the White Monopoly Capital and its interests through his ideological stances and the type of policies he championed during his time in the Treasury. Pravin Gordan made it his business to be a buffer in the way of transformation and he made it his business to safeguard the interests of the White Monopoly Capital.

The fact that the White Monopoly Capital mobilized for Zuma's removal as the president  on the basis that he fired Pravin Gordan is proof enough that Gordan was a hired gun to do the dirty work of the White Monopoly Capital. He was later to return to government when Cyril Ramaphosa became president of the country and he appointed him minister of Public Enterprise. His main task to haunt out of the state owned companies the Black Executives who were deemed to be close associates of former president Jacob Zuma . This was done under the fallacious idea which was to be known as the so-called State Capture. President Jacob Zuma and the Guptas were paraded as the culprits of the so-called State Capture. Pravin Gordan became an instant hero as the puppets of the White Monopoly Capital through the academia and the mainstream media paraded him as a champion of the anti-corruption campaign.

The idea of Pravin Gordan as a hero and champion of the anti-corruption was a deliberate LIE created by the White Monopoly Capital. Indeed Pravin Gordan was awesomely rewarded for the dirty work he did for the White Establishment , he was awarded with shares in companies such as MTN,Bidvest,ect,.

With his passing he is now being paraded as a hero who fought on the side of the marginalized, and we all know this is a lie
