BLACK MEN VS BLACK WOMEN, WHO STANDS TO GAIN FROM THIS FEUD?.

One of the most concerning developments for any politically and race conscience Afrikan person especially those residing in the criminal colonial entity named South Africa should be the ever growing tensions between Afrikan Men and Afrikan Women within South Africa. The social media platforms especially Facebook and Twitter are populated by posts in which Black Men are bashing Black Women and vice -versa is also true. These posts are merely a reflection of real tensions that exist on the ground between Black Men and Black Women. I am saying these social media posts are merely a reflection of the real tensions on the ground because South Africa is confronted by a scourge of Gender Based Violence, not only that but also a pandemic of violence in society in which according to the official statistic 70 murders are are committed daily. Mind you this is the official stats, we are not sure how many are not captured into the records.

All of the above captured in the previous paragraph should be a concern to all Afrikans because no stable and prosperous nation can be constructed under such conditions.

Even countries under-going situations of instability and wars are not recording the numbers of murder we are recording in South Africa on daily basis. In the recent past South Africa has seen an alarming rise in the murder of Black Women by Black Men. This has definitely contributed in the simmering tensions between the two genders. Black Women have expressed a view that they are under attack from Black men and indeed to a certain degree they are justified to feel this way. Indeed as Black Men we have not covered ourselves with glory when it comes to this particular matter, we have to take responsibility for how we have conducted ourselves.

It has always been my submission that this matter is a complex one which deserve some serious and deep going analysis . Unfortunately Black Women have followed prey to the ever deceiving and anti-Black ideological infiltration led by the White Women in the main under the guise of some undefined "feminism" which has opportunistically highjacked the struggle against the Gender Based Violence with the sole aim of amplifying the tensions between Black Men and Black Women. The agenda of the Whites since their arrival in Afrika has always been to amplify the differences between Black people and play them against each other e.g look at how they have gone out of their way to distort our history as Afrikans especially in relation to tribal tensions or differences.. Black Women need to reject this patronizing type of solidarity which is very opportunistic in nature and not concerned with the well-being of Black Women, However, are merely concerned with furthering the Colonial project.

Black Men must as a sense of urgency need to converge and take drastic steps to halt the regress which has elevated into a crisis of some sort. As Black Men we have abdicated our responsibilities and have given ammunition to those our race enemies who have always sought to brand Black Men as a "Phobic object". We need to do better as Black Men with all the historical systematic hurdles and baggage which has been entrenched in our way of thinking and doing , the responsibility lies with us to undo the damaging legacy colonialism has had in how we relate with Black Women. We need to create circles and an environment in which we are able to call each other out but most importantly to build each other and create a brotherhood which is premised on building a better society for the sake of our race.
