BLACK RECONSTRUCTION!.

 THE DA,IFP,ACTION SA & PATRIOTIC ALLIANCE HATE BLACK PEOPLE!. Few days ago I watched an elections debate hosted by the Daily Maverick media house. Most of you would be aware that South Africa is heading to the National and Provincial Elections on the 29th May 2024, it is a watershed elections on many fronts as the country is celebrating 30 years of democracy this year. The debate in question was held with an intention to give the political parties in question namely the Democratic Alliance(DA) which is an official opposition as per the last National and Provincial elections held in 2019, the Inkatha Freedom Party(IFP), Action SA and the Patriotic Alliance(PA). These are the political parties which form part of the Moon Shot Pact(Multi Party Charter) which is a brainchild of the Democratic Alliance.  WHAT OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS DAY IN SOUTH AFRICA?. As we conclude this week and are about to conclude the month which has officially been termed or named the Human Rights Month, this name emanates from the Public Holiday known as Human Rights Day which is celebrated on the 21st of March . This Public Holiday is as old as the Democratic dispensation in South Africa. Prior to the 1994 democratic breakthrough this day was known as Sharpeville Day, it was named Sharpeville Day as it marked the commemoration of the Sharpeville Massacre which took place on the 21st of March in 1960. The Massacre was committed by the Apartheid government through its security forces(Police and other security forces). It was a protest known as a Pass Protest led by the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania(PAC) under the able leadership of Professor Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe. It was an Apartheid law that Afrikans had to carry their pass(Identity Books) with them wherever they went, failure to do so carried

 THE DA HAS NO REGARD FOR SOUTH AFRICA'S SOVEREIGNTY!. In the past few days we were greeted by a letter written by the Democratic Alliance to the United States of America government essentially inviting the United States of America to interfere in the affairs of South Africa. For those who may not be familiar with the South Africa's political landscape, the Democratic Alliance(DA) is the official opposition in South Africa. It is an organisation which is led and controlled by Whites ,it is a political praxis of the ruling class in South Africa. In its ideological outlook and practice it is openly anti- Black and pro-White,pro -capitalist. One does not have to look far to get the evidence of what I am talking about when I say the Democratic Alliance is anti-Black, their opposition to progressive legislation such as the Affirmative Action, the Labour Relations Act,ect. We must keep in mind that all these laws I have mentioned above are laws enacted with th

 IT IS TRAGIC HOW WE HAVE LOWERED THE STANDARDS OF LEADERSHIP!. It is tragic how we have lowered the levels of leadership in our country and this pathetic low levels can be seen clearly at community level. The pathetic and mediocrity manifests itself at different sectors of our society. There was one a time when leadership was a preserve of those who display exceptional leadership qualities in leading the society in leading the efforts in seeking solutions to the problems and challenges ravaging society. It was this high standard(Political, ideological, intellectual and moral) which ensured that those who aspired to be leaders always made an effort to improve and develop themselves so as to fit the profile of what is a leader. Unfortunately by dropping the standards we have opened the gates for the lazy,corrupt who have always viewed leadership as an accumulation vehicle for themselves ,their families and friends, instead of it being a vehicle to make contributions in advan

 THOSE OPPOSED TO THE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION THEY THEMSELVES ARE BENEFICIARIES!. The people who gave been making noise against the Affirmative Action in South Africa as one of the legislative frameworks to redress the injustices of the past, they themselves are the beneficiaries of the legislation which was aimed at privileging them over other groups. The people in question are the White settlers who through Colonialism and Apartheid enacted a number of laws as part of their evil plan to reduced the natives(Afrikans) into subhumans . One of the laws the Colonial and Apartheid regime enacted is the Job Reservation Act of 1926. This Act known as the Job Reservation is one means by which the South African government (under the apartheid system of maintaining  white supremacy at the cost of the Black majority) limited job opportunities for Blacks by prohibiting the replacement of workers of one race; by compelling employers to maintain a fixed percentage of workers of a particular

 DO BLACK PARENTS TAKE THEIR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION SERIOUS? Any Nation or Race which is serious about its future and prosperity pays serious attention to the education given to its children. We cannot over emphasize the fact that children are the future of any Nation or Race therefore taking care of the children is taking care of the future. Formal education(Schooling) plays a colossal role in the shaping and developing the children, therefore shaping the future that is how important education is in the development of any nation or race. I once wrote that as Black people we are the only people in the whole world who entrust other races(dare I say our race enemies) with educating our children,therefore unwittingly handing the power to our race enemies to determine what kind of a future we are to have as a race.  WHAT IS A CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL? One of the major challenges confronting the South African workplace is the toxic working environment which makes work intolerable for those who are at the receiving end of the terrible treatment. In majority if not all the cases it is the workers who are at the receiving end of this treatment from their superiors . This comes in a form of bullying by the superiors who at times would take out their frustrations on their subordinates . Such kind of a toxic environment has led to a sizeable number of workers being diagnosed with mental health related challenges, which has forced them into taking medication just so as to maintain their sanity. It is quite unfortunate that not much is being said about this kind of abuse that workers suffer in their different workplaces. Some have opted to leave their jobs for the sake of their mental health. We have to ask ourselves a pertinent question that how many establishments (Workplaces) in South Africa
